Another wonderful recipe by Sylvia Smith – Tofu Egg Salad
Method:
| 1 block of extra firm tofu (drained) |
| 1 tablespoon of GOH Mayo |
| 1 tablespoon of regular or Dijon mustard |
| 2 sweet pickles, chopped |
| 1/4 cup of red onions finely diced |
| 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
