Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Refrigerate until ready to use. Will store in refrigerator in airtight container for 4-5 days.

1 pack soft silken tofu (12 ounces) |
1/2 Tablespoon Maple syrup |
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice or Red Wine Vinegar |
1 and 1/2 Table dijon mustard or regular mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
