Together they co-founded Gift of Health, a nonprofit organization based in Newfoundland, Canada, dedicated to revolutionizing lives through lifestyle medicine. Through in-person and online workshops, they have empowered thousands of people to adopt plant-forward eating pattern, move more, stress less, and generate restorative sleep which has the potential to prevent and reverse chronic diseases and decrease the risk of cancer.
