Another wonderful recipe by Sylvia Smith – Tofu Egg Salad
Method:
1 block of extra firm tofu (drained) |
1 tablespoon of GOH Mayo |
1 tablespoon of regular or Dijon mustard |
2 sweet pickles, chopped |
1/4 cup of red onions finely diced |
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric |
Salt and pepper to taste |
