Description

Most of the vegan sour creams that you buy from the store are loaded with oil, salt or preservatives, and additives. It’s very easy to make one at home.

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender except the silken tofu.
  2. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Add the silken tofu and blend again until mixed well.
  4. Pour it in a serving dish for immediate use or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for later use. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pack soft silken tofu
1/4 cup of cashews, soaked
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
