Method:
2 cups of cooked brown basmati rice |
4 cups of soy milk (or almond milk) |
1/2 cup to 1 cup of brown sugar (jaggery) |
2 teaspoons of rose water (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon Elaichi powder |
A pinch of saffron (optional) |
20 cashews or almonds |
20 raisins or kismis |
