Kale Avocado Salad

Description

Kale is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Kale leaves are slightly bitter and stiff. Massaging them with a bit of avocado makes them softer and slightly sweeter. This creamy salad can be had as main course or side salad.

Method:

  1. Wash kale. Tear the ribs of the kale leaves and then further tear them into smaller pieces.
  2. Massage the avocado, lemon juice and kale leaves for 3-4 minutes
  3. Mix other rest of the ingredients. This salad can be served as it is or add 2 tablespoons of 3-2-1 dressing.

Ingredients

1 bunch of kale
one and half avocado
20 cherry tomatoes
4-5 strawberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6-7 walnuts (cut into small pieces)
Raisins (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
