Kale is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Kale leaves are slightly bitter and stiff. Massaging them with a bit of avocado makes them softer and slightly sweeter. This creamy salad can be had as main course or side salad.

| one and half avocado |
| 20 cherry tomatoes |
| 4-5 strawberries |
| 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
| 6-7 walnuts (cut into small pieces) |
| Raisins (optional) |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) |
