Surgeon’s Tips to Cope With Stress

Who doesn’t have stress in their lives but what makes the difference is how we cope up with it.
Dealing with stress isn’t easy, but eating plant-based way and regular meditation practice set me on the path of proper self care.

During my residency training, I almost lost my marriage and my life due to the inability to handle the high-pressure situations.

Here I share my journey of how I overcame my addictions and the strategies I use to live life fully.
