| 1 package of extra firm tofu, drained |
| For Marinade: |
| 2 tablespoons of soy sauce |
| 2 tablespoons of Homemade BBQ sauce |
| 2 tablespoons of vegan Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tablespoons of maple syrup |
| 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke |
