Method:
| 1/2 cup original soy milk (any plant based milk) |
| 1/2 cup date paste |
| 1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate chips |
| 1/2 cup apple sauce |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 2 cups rolled oats |
| 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut (plus more to roll in) |
