1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Toast oats until golden brown. Mix the remaining ingredients in the above order with the oats in a medium bowl. Mix well.
4. Put 10-12 tablespoons of dough on a nonstick baking sheet and flatten with the back of a fork.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until slightly golden on edges.

1/3 cup maple syrup or brown sugar or agave nectar, or honey |
