This is a very spicy dish and a delicacy from South Indian cuisine.
Method:
| 3 cups of cucumber, diced |
| 2 tomatoes, chopped |
| 4 green chilies |
| 1 teaspoon of tamarind paste |
| 1 teaspoon of coriander powder |
| 8-10 curry leaves |
| 1/2 teaspoon of salt |
| 1 tablespoon of roasted unsalted peanuts |
| For Tempering/Seasoning: |
| 1/4 teaspoon of yellow gram |
| 1/4 teaspoon of black gram |
| 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds |
| 1/8 teaspoon of asafetida |
| 1 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped |
