Description

Method:

  1. Soak chia seeds in 2 cups of water for 2 hours.

2. Blend cocoa powder, non-dairy milk, and Medjool dates  in a high-powered blender.

3. Add the chia seeds to this mixture. Stir thoroughly. Add sliced banana and nuts of your choice.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.

Garnish with fruit (any berries) on top.

Servings: 2-3

3 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups water
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
4 Medjool dates
1 cup of non-dairy milk (almond milk or soy milk)
1 banana
Garnish:
Berries of your choice
Walnuts (or any Nuts of your choice)
