Soak the Chia seeds in water for 20 – 30 mins.
Blend dates and non-dairy milk in high powered blender. Add the soaked chia seeds to blended date and milk mixture. Leave the pudding in the refrigerator in a covered container for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with fruit or nut on top.
| 1/4 cup of chia seeds |
| 3/4 cup of water |
| 1 cup of non-dairy milk (almond milk or soy milk) |
| 3 Medjool dates or 4 regular dates, pitted |
| 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional) |
| Any fruit or nut of your choice |
