Red Pepper Cream Dip

Description

This delicious creamy dip is divine. Our friend Kim Slaney has perfected this recipe over years.

Method:

  1. Soak cashews for 4 – 6 hours. Then drain the water.
  2. Put all the ingredients in high powered blender. Blend until creamy consistency.
  3. Chill in fridge and then enjoy with some homemade tortilla chips or veggies

Kim’s tip : I use it as a condiment for my black bean burgers

Ingredients

1 cup of raw cashews (soak for 4 to 6 hours)
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 red pepper cut in pieces
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of water
