Method:
Kim’s tip : I use it as a condiment for my black bean burgers
| 1 cup of raw cashews (soak for 4 to 6 hours) |
| 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
| 1 red pepper cut in pieces |
| 3/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 cup of water |
