Method:
1 cup grated carrot or thinly sliced |
3/4 cups walnuts or almonds |
1/4 cup hemp seeds |
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup |
6 dates |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut for rolling |
