Badam Milk is a popular Indian drink that I grew up with and crave often. Traditionally it is made up of milk, cream, and sugar but here is a recipe without using any dairy, sugar, or cream.

This is a quick, simple, yet tasty drink that you can make to entice your guests. This drink is so intoxicating.

Method:
1. Ground spices.

2. Add 1 cup of almond/soy milk, dates, and ground spices into a blender.

3. Blend until smooth.

5. Add saffron strands and chill for 1 hour. You can add rosewater (optional)
