Method:
| 2 cups of cooked brown basmati rice |
| 4 cups of soy milk (or almond milk) |
| 1/2 cup to 1 cup of brown sugar (jaggery) |
| 2 teaspoons of rose water (optional) |
| 1/2 teaspoon Elaichi powder |
| A pinch of saffron (optional) |
| 20 cashews or almonds |
| 20 raisins or kismis |
