Preparation time: 15 minutes
Servings: 8-10
METHOD: In a large mixing bowl scoop the avocados. Add lemon juice and salt. Mash with a fork or potato masher. Add rest of the ingredients and mix. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
Hint: Several of our friends seed the tomatoes and chili for better appearance, we generally do not seed them.
| 3 Avocados, seeded and halved |
| 1 medium tomato, chopped |
| juice from one lemon |
| 1/2 of medium onion, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro |
| 1/4 teaspoon of salt |
| 1 small green chili (optional) |
