| 1 red apple, chopped |
| 1 banana, sliced |
| 15-20 grapes |
| 15-20 blueberries or berries of your choice |
| 1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder |
| 1 tablespoon of chia seeds |
| 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk or almond milk |
