This is another example where you can make a delicious meal with a serving of grain, bean, greens and veggies or any left-overs in your fridge.
You can be creative and substitute the below ingredients with your choice of grain, bean, and veggies
|1 cup of brown rice|
|1/2 cup of cooked chickpeas (or canned, no salt added)|
|1 pepper (red, green, orange or yellow), diced|
|1/2 cup of red onion, finely diced|
|1 cup of greens (cilantro or parsley or spinach)|
|1 serving GOH Curry dressing|
|2 Tbs raisins|
