This is another example where you can make a delicious meal with a serving of grain, bean, greens and veggies or any left-overs in your fridge.
You can be creative and substitute the below ingredients with your choice of grain, bean, and veggies
Method:
Salad: |
1 cup of brown rice |
1/2 cup of cooked chickpeas (or canned, no salt added) |
1 pepper (red, green, orange or yellow), diced |
1/2 cup of red onion, finely diced |
1 cup of greens (cilantro or parsley or spinach) |
Dressing: |
1 serving GOH Curry dressing |
Toppings: |
2 Tbs raisins |
