To flavor any dish, dressings, sauces or spices are the key.
This is a simple dressing, easy to remember and easy to whip as you combine all the ingredients in equal amounts.
You can prepare this fresh (which I like to do) or make it in bulk and store it in the fridge.
Combine 1 tablespoon each of curry powder, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of salt to make 1 serving of the dressing.
This dressing can be used on any bean salads, rice dishes or Rice and Chickpea Salad.
