Yogurt dip goes well with any flavoured rice dish, pilaf or biryani.
Mix all the ingredients except tofu in a bowl. Separately blend the soft tofu in a blender or food processor until you get the creamy yogurt consistency. Pour it over the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
You can keep it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve it.
|1 pack of soft silken tofu (12 0z)|
|1 cup of cucumber, finely chopped|
|1/2 cup of onion finely diced|
|1/2 cup of tomato, finely diced|
|1/4 cup of cilantro, finely chopped|
|The juice of 1 lemon|
|Salt to taste (optional)|
