This luscious delicious creamy milkshake is chockful of nutrients and can appease any fussy kid.
This is our teenager son’s favourite drink and he enjoys this after a hard game of basketball or soccer.
Method:
10 frozen strawberries, thawed |
2 cups of Silk Soy milk original |
10-15 cashews |
3 Medjool dates pitted |
1 banana |
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or rose water |
Garnishing: |
Fresh strawberry |
Sliced almonds |
