Description

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Lightly mist a
9 x 13-inchbaking dish with few drop of water.
Combine all of the ingredients in the prepared casserole dish and
mix until evenly combined. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or
until heated through.
Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator,
leftover Red Bean Casserole will keep for up to 3 days.

3 cups cooked long-grain Brown Rice
3 cups cooked or canned red beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup diced red onion
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Dash of hot sauce
