This salad is chockful of nutrients and very simple to make.
Method:
Finely chop parsley and tomato.
Peel the oranges and cut them into bite-size cubes.
Combine all the ingredients – parsley, tomato, oranges, mungbean sprouts and mix them well. Squeeze the lime juice. I usually don’t add salt but you can add some to your liking. Enjoy!
