Description

This salad is chockful of nutrients and very simple to make.

Method:

  1. Finely chop parsley and tomato.
  2. Peel the oranges and cut them into bite-size cubes.
  3. Combine all the ingredients – parsley, tomato, oranges, mungbean sprouts and mix them well. Squeeze the lime juice. I usually don’t add salt but you can add some to your liking. Enjoy!

2 cups of finely chopped parsley
2 oranges
1 fresh lime, squeezed juice
1 cup of mungbean sprouts
1 tomato, finely diced
