Method:
1 large yellow onion |
Batter: |
2/3 cup of brown rice flour |
2/3 cup of soy milk (or any plant-based milk) |
1 teaspoon of garlic powder |
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika |
1 teaspoon of savoury |
Pinch of salt |
For the coating: |
1 cup of whole wheat breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika |
