Method:
1 pound of bag of frozen cut okra or fresh okra, diced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon of salt or to taste |
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric |
1 teaspoon of paprika |
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut |
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro |
For tempering: |
1/4 teaspoon of yellow gram |
1/4 teaspoon of black gram |
4-5 curry leaves |
