Method: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan until well mixed. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Serve over Mexican- flavored foods.

HINT: We use this versatile sauce on burritos, tacos, tostadas. Mexican Lasagna, and enchiladas. It keeps well in the refrigerator and reheats well over low heat.

2 tablespoons cornstarch
