Description

Can you imagine what GOH workshop participants can come up with on their first day of the journey – “Eggroll in a Bowl”. Yes!!! our very own Wendy Miles creation. Enjoy.

Method:

  1.  Toss coleslaw mix into a heated nonstick pan.
  2. Cover and sweat the mix for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add ginger, pepper, soy sauce/liquid aminos and cover it for another 5 minutes or until veggies reach desired tenderness.
  4. Top with green onions and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 prepackaged coleslaw mix
1 tablespoon of soy sauce or liquid aminos
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
Green onion, chopped for topping
