Description

1. Brown flour in a nonstick pan, stirring constantly. Do not burn.

2. Stir in water slowly.

3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
2 cups water
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or low-sodium tamari
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
