Greens give you the best value for your buck in terms of nutrition. Stir frying the greens in tasty ways makes it easy to have more greens in your diet.
The following recipe was made from the greens grown in our backyard :-).
Method
Heat skillet, sauté the garlic and onions until the onions are caramelized (about 2-3 minutes).
Add some water if it is sticking to the pan.
Add chard and cook until it wilts (about 2 to 3 minutes).
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Serve with brown rice or as a side.
Hint: This recipe works for other greens like spinach, kale, collards, turnip greens and mustard greens.
