This is our quick and easy go to salad.
Place the spinach in a large salad bowl and toss rest of the ingredients in a salad bowl except the dressing.
To prepare the dressing just mix the three ingredients.
Pour the dressing just before serving. Toss to coat evenly.
The dressing can be made up to 1 day in advance, covered tightly, and refrigerated. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hours before serving.

|1 bosch pear diced|
|1/2 apple diced|
|4-5 strawberries sliced|
|1 Tbsp raisins|
|Handful of sliced almonds or chopped walnuts|
|1/3 cup 3-2-1 salad dressing|
|3 Tbs Balsamic vinegar|
|2 Tbs Dijon mustard|
|1 Tbs Maple syrup|
