Fruit Salsa
Description
Simple yet so deliciously divine that it can please any crowd. Even the kids can make this. Sherry Parr made this for a GOH potluck and everyone couldn’t stop raving about it. You can use fruits of your choice or whatever you have on hand. The below combination of fruit gives a nice flavour.
Method:
- Dice all the fruit into small bite-size pieces around a half-inch size or less.
- Combine all the fruit in a bowl and add lemon juice. Taste and adjust, adding sugar if needed if the fruits are tart.
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Cut the whole wheat tortillas into triangles using the pizza cutter and arrange them on the baking sheet or silicone mat. Sprinkle some cinnamon
- Bake them for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
- Serve the tortilla chips with fruit salsa. Yum!!!
