Description

Making homemade plant based milk has become extra fun and simple after we bought Jo Young milk maker. You can make different kinds of milk including Soy, almond, rice, hemp, oat, cashew, coconut, peanut, you name it… On top of it, you can control what ingredients to add and need not worry about the preservatives or chemicals added in the store bought milk. The milk can be stored in the fridge for 4 -7 days

It has a convenient feature of making milk either with dried or soaked grain/bean/nut.

 

Method:

In Milk Maker/ Jo Young Milk Maker:

  1. You can use dried Soy beans or soak them overnight
  2. Using the measuring cup provided with the milk maker, add 1 cup of Soy beans in the milk maker. Pour water until the 1700ml mark.
  3. You can add sweetener of your choice (dates, maple syrup), if you like it flavored.
  4. Cover the lid and turn it on. Select the dry bean function
  5. The machine will beep when the milk is ready
  6. Filter the milk with the sieve provided.

Ingredients

1 cup Soy beans
2-3 Mejdool dates (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
