A few hours for the duration of the Happiness program you effortlessly sponge up whatever is offered in the program (all the techniques, processes, practical tools). You go home as a calm, relaxed, healthier, more knowledgeable, happier person with easy-to-use tools you can use to maintain these benefits for life.
This 3-day workshop on mindfulness, on breathing techniques (Pranayama) and on the powerful practice of Sudarshan Kriya has been taught to an impressive 40 million people in over 150 countries.
Transportation and Accommodation:
The course will be held in Marystown, NL, a 3-hour drive from St-Johns. Transportation is not included in the package but we can help you arrange some ride sharing if needed. Accommodation is not included in the package but we can help you with recommendations and suggestions.

Cancelling at least 1 week prior to start date: $50 non-refundable deposit will be kept, balance will be refunded.
Cancelling within 1 week of start date: 50% of the amount will be kept, balance will be refunded.
Cancelling once the course has started: No refund.
