Description

This is a nutritious drink for the kids rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, after a hard play and workout.

Method:

  1. Blend the sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder or blender
  2. Take 1/4 cup of milk. Add the blended mixture and stir until completely dissolved without any lumps. We will call this tea mixture
  3. Boil the remaining 3/4th cup of milk. While boiling add cardamom powder, tea mixture and brown sugar to your taste.
  4. Enjoy!!!

1 cup Soy/Almond milk
1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds grounded
1 Tbsp brown sugar/jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
