Description

Kids love milkshakes. However, store bought shakes are rich in saturated fat, additives, food coloring and various other chemicals which are so detrimental for our kids.

This luscious delicious creamy milkshake is chokful of nutrients and can appease any fussy kid.

This is our teenager son’s favorite drink and he enjoys this after a hard game of basketball or soccer.

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the Vitamix or a blender and blend it until smooth. There should be no lumps of strawberry or dates left.
  2. Pour in 2 glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and sliced almonds on top.

Ingredients

10 frozen strawberries thawed
2 cups Silk Soy milk original
10-15 cashews
3 medjool dates pitted
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamon powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Garnishing:
Fresh strawberry
sliced almonds
