Description

This salad is chockfull of nutrients and very simple to make.

Method:

  1. Finely chop parsley and tomato.
  2. Peel the oranges and cut them into bite size cubes
  3. Combine all the ingredients – parsley, tomato, oranges, mungbean sprouts and mix them well. Squeeze the lime juice. I usually don’t add salt but you can add some to your liking. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped parsley
2 oranges
1 fresh lime juice squeezed
1 cup mungbean sprouts
1 tomato finely diced
