DELICIOUS

Description

Simple yet so deliciously divine that it can please any crowd. Even the kids can make this. Sherry Parr made this for a GOH potluck and everyone couldn’t stop raving about it. You can use fruits of your choice or whatever you have on hand. The below combination of fruit gives a nice flavour.

Method:

  1. Dice all the fruit into small bite-size pieces around a half-inch size or less.
  2. Combine all the fruit in a bowl and add lemon juice.  Taste and adjust, adding sugar if needed if the fruits are tart.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350F. Cut the whole wheat tortillas into triangles using the pizza cutter and arrange them on the baking sheet or silicone mat. Sprinkle some cinnamon
  4. Bake them for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  5. Serve the tortilla chips with fruit salsa. Yum!!!

1 apple
1 pint of raspberries (but can substitute any berries)
