Description

You will feel like you are having a dessert for breakfast :-). This recipe will make a big serving for one. You could make these with any fruits and seeds of your choice.

Step 1 : Cut apple and banana

2. Add other fruits

3. Add the seeds

4. Mix in the plant-based milk and ENJOY!

Ingredients

1 red apple, chopped
1 banana, sliced
15-20 grapes
15-20 blueberries or berries of your choice
1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 cup of unsweetened soy milk or almond milk
