Description

These are one of our favorite treats. We have made them several times and taken to various parties. Most of the times they do not last more than a few minutes.
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and set in fridge for 1/2 hour. Roll into small balls. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup unsweetened dried coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter (natural with no added oils and sugar)
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
2 Tablespoons chocolate chips (Semi-sweetened) or raisins
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
