Description

Rosa Moulton introduced us to this simple yet delicious salad. It goes well with any side dish. You can adjust the quantity of vinegar and sweetener to your liking.

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and you have a wonderful salad in a jiffy plus an instant crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

2 English Cucumbers sliced
1 pack Cherry Tomato sliced (around 20)
2 cups cooked chickpeas (or canned)
1 avocado chopped
Fresh chopped dill to taste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs agave/maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
